All of our services focus on tools that will support parents in creating a coaching relationship with their teenager. Tools from Diana Sterling’s Parent as Coach Approach is shared and taught.
Parents will learn to:
• Respect each other
• Open the lines of communication
• Stop repeatedly asking for something to be done
• Create a respectful, loving relationship
• One-on-One coaching sessions
• Focuses on the client’s personal needs
• 12 60-minute sessions

Teen Tool Kit for PARENTS
• Interactive class focusing on tools to become a coach to your teenager
• Discussion and support from other parents
• 4 90-minute sessions
• $95 individual/ $145 couple
Teen Tool Kit for PARENTS Workshop
• 4 fast hours of tools and skills to take home to use with your teenager- that day
• Interactive class with time to practice using the tools
• 4 hours on a Saturday morning
• $95 individual/ $145 couple
